I’m a User Experience Researcher, Design Strategist, & Cognitive Scientist in NYC.

For the past 10 years, I’ve worked in Research & Development for products and programs in the US and abroad. I’m deft in designing and executing studies, inquiring and empathizing with users, and translating findings into actionable steps for developing excellent products.

My work focuses on strategizing, leading, and executing research that helps teams understand and lift KPIs, and uncovers ways to engage, support, and delight users.
