Background & Purpose

The Center for Educational Improvement (CEI) is a non-profit educational organization that helps school leaders implement evidence-based best practices.

I conducted UX Research and Design for one of their products, a web-based data management platform used to measure school culture, provide actionable steps for improvement, and track progress over three time points.

Goal: The product (called S-CCATE) had been used before, but not yet on this new platform, and we sought to improve its design and usability before a national market launch in Spring 2021.
